Solid Structures served as both owner and general contractor for the construction of its 8,160-square-foot corporate headquarters in Lexington, South Carolina. The ground-up project created a purpose-built facility that brings the company’s administrative, estimating, project-management and operational functions together under one roof.
The headquarters includes ten private offices, a conference room, training room, reception area, printing and plan-storage spaces, a break room, server room and supporting administrative areas. Approximately 3,465 square feet of enclosed storage provides dedicated space for contractor equipment, materials and operational needs, with overhead doors supporting efficient access.
The single-story facility was constructed as a pre-engineered metal building with architectural metal roofing and wall panels, cultured-stone accents, storefront glazing and a covered front entrance. Completed in 2023, the project demonstrates Solid Structures’ experience delivering functional commercial office and metal-building construction tailored to the day-to-day needs of its owner.
