The project included selective demolition and renovation across the drill hall, classrooms, offices, kitchen, restrooms, stage level, basement storage areas, and supporting spaces. Work included new flooring systems, restored and repurposed materials, new stair and guardrail elements, restroom upgrades, interior finish improvements, exposed brick treatment, and coordinated building systems upgrades.

The exterior and envelope scope included a new TPO roofing system over minimum R-20 insulation, chimney repair and repointing, new chimney caps, preservation of existing terra cotta parapet caps, masonry repairs, gutter and downspout work, window repairs, and exterior aluminum entry canopy alternates. The project reflects Solid Structures’ ability to manage complex renovation work within a historically significant facility while coordinating structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical scopes.
