Solid Structures is advancing construction on the Newberry County Detention Center, a design-build commercial construction project developed to support long-term durability, operational efficiency, and future facility demands.
The project includes a 100,000-square-foot expansion featuring structural steel construction with precast wall systems, a TPO roofing system, and 14 loading docks with overhead doors. The facility will also include six rooftop HVAC units and approximately 4,000 square feet of office space.
Designed and constructed with a highly coordinated approach, the project reflects Solid Structures' ability to manage complex commercial builds from early site development through structural execution and building systems integration.
