Solid Structures completed maintenance and finish upgrades at Allendale County Hospital, a healthcare renovation project focused on improving patient room and corridor conditions within an active institutional facility.
The project scope was organized into Areas A, B, and C, with work concentrated in corridors and patient rooms. Renovation work included flooring replacement, acoustical ceiling tile and grid work, window sill replacement, patient room sink and counter replacement, wall repairs, corner guard replacement, repainting, and terrazzo floor repair.
The project also required careful coordination around existing healthcare building conditions, including protection of existing HVAC units, selective demolition of patient room sinks and counters, plumbing line capping, and reinstallation of upgraded finishes. The work reflects Solid Structures’ ability to perform targeted healthcare facility improvements with attention to phasing, field verification, and minimizing disruption to existing building operations.
